Prefer to call?
Call (910) 330-1860 and describe your home. You'll be connected with the installer directly.
What happens next
The installer calls you back, asks a few questions about your home and what you want to run, and sets up a time for a free site visit. At the visit, they look at your electrical panel, your gas meter or propane setup and where the generator would go. You get a written quote with the generator, transfer switch and all work listed. There's no obligation.
Before the call, it helps to know
- Whether you have natural gas service, propane, or neither
- Whether your home is on a well or city water
- Your heating and cooling: heat pump, gas furnace, central air, how many units
- Anything that must keep running: medical equipment, sump pumps, freezers, a home office
