Privacy policy

This policy explains what information Eastern NC Generators collects through this website and how it's used.

What we collect

• Quote requests. When you submit the quote form, we receive your name, phone number, email, town or ZIP code and whatever you write in the form.
• Phone calls. Calls to the number on this site are routed through a call-tracking service and may be recorded for quality and to make sure your request is handled. Call details such as your number and the time of the call are logged.
• Website analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed. This uses cookies and collects information like your browser type and general location, not your name.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request and to connect you with the licensed electrical contractor who performs the work. That contractor receives your contact details and request so they can call you, visit and quote. We don't sell your information.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete the information you sent through this site by calling the number on this page. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page.
